Booking fee (5%), non-refundable
If you cancel before a professional takes your service, 48 hours or more in advance or within the grace period: we refund what you paid minus the booking fee.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go and a professional has already taken it: $50,000 COP is deducted. For a visit, such as the curtain measuring visit, $50,000 COP or 50% of its value is deducted, whichever is lower.
In both cases above, you can apply what is left after the deduction to a new date from your service on the platform or by writing to us, within the next 24 hours. If you don't, we refund that balance.
If no professional has taken your service by the time it is due, Homli cancels or the professional does not show up: we refund 100% within 15 calendar days of you giving us the details, or you reschedule with up to 10% off and we show you the exact amount before you choose.
The kit and the cloths are a purchase: we deliver them to the service address even if you cancel, or in another delivery we agree on, or at the building's front desk. You can withdraw from that purchase within 5 business days of receiving them by returning them unopened, with the cost of the return on you; outside that case they are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
Once the payment is made, the booking fee is not refunded: it covers the operating and administrative costs of your booking. We only refund it under the right of withdrawal, if no professional has taken your service by the time it is due, if the professional you requested does not take your service and you prefer to change the date or get a refund, if Homli cancels, if the professional does not show up, for the months of a plan that have not started or in case of force majeure.
