What you need to get started.
Be of legal age
You register in your own name, as an independent professional.
Your ID document
Colombian ID card, foreign resident ID, temporary protection permit (PPT) or passport.
Your RUT
With the activity of the trades you offer. If you do not have it, you can get it free of charge from the DIAN.
A bank account in your name
That is where you receive, every week, the payment for your completed services.
Any phone or computer
Android, iPhone or computer: the platform opens in the browser and there is nothing to download. You only need WhatsApp and an email.
Your authorization
To verify your identity and check your background. A photo of your face is optional: if you prefer, we do it by video call.

Request your invitation
Write to us on WhatsApp. For now, registration is by invitation only.
Complete your registration
On the platform you fill in your details, upload your documents and sign the contract with a code sent to your phone or email.
Take your first service
Once we verify your registration we let you know, and from then on you see the published services and take the ones you want.

Partner companies provide services with the people they designate, and can offer the trades that one person alone cannot.

How the platform works.
What the contract says and what you see on the platform, in a few words.
You choose which services you take
Homli publishes each service with its type, date, time, duration and approximate area. You take the ones you want, and turning one down has no consequences. You have no schedule and no exclusivity: you can offer your services elsewhere.
You know what you earn before taking it
Each service shows what you receive. When you take it, you accept its terms with a checkbox and get a copy by email and WhatsApp.
A code to start and another to finish
The service starts and ends with a code the client confirms, so there is a record of when you arrived and when you finished.
A video on arrival and another when finishing
Short, without audio and without filming people. It is the evidence for you and for the client if there is a warranty, damage or loss claim.
If you cannot go, give 48 hours’ notice
With 48 hours’ notice or more, you release the service so another professional can take it. With less, or if you do not show up, you cover the costs of refunding the client, and three times in a month can suspend your access.
Nobody blocks you without an explanation
Homli can only suspend your access for the reasons written in the contract. Before deciding, it tells you the reason in writing, gives you 3 days to explain your side and tells you the decision with its reasons. If you ask, a person at Homli reviews it.
You get paid every week
Homli settles the services completed from Monday to Sunday and transfers your payment by the following Tuesday at the latest. In My payouts you see the statement for each service. You do not collect or handle cash: the client pays in advance on the platform.
Your social security
If in a month what you receive through Homli goes above one minimum wage, you need to be up to date with health and pension as an independent worker to take new services. We let you know ahead of time and can help you pay your contributions.
Common questions.
Does registering cost anything?
No. Homli keeps a commission on each completed service, and before taking a service you see what you receive.
Do I need an interview or experience?
There is no interview, skills test or trial period. We check your identity, your documents and your background against objective requirements. For gas and electrical work we ask for the trade certificate.
Can I offer my services on other platforms?
Yes. There is no exclusivity: you can work on your own, with other platforms or with other clients.
Which areas are covered?
Cali and its metropolitan area: Jamundí, Yumbo, Palmira and Candelaria. Before taking a service you see its approximate area.
Who provides the cleaning products?
The client: they use their own products or receive the Homli kit at their address. You do not have to buy or bring them.
What happens if a client complains?
Homli handles the complaint and resolves it with the arrival and departure videos and the service record. If you need to redo part of it, you have 48 hours to do it at no cost to the client.
